Itamar welcomed Steve Wearp who came to meet with the different artisans of Itamar. Steve and his family run an organization called Blessed Buy Israel where they promote the purchase of products made in Judea and Samaria.
Here on Itamar there is a wealth of archeological remains which serves as evidence of a long continued Jewish presence in this area of Ephraim. Recently, we have begun an important project making pathways along this ancient site which now offers a wonderful hike for Itamar residents and visitors. Along the walk one can find ancient homes, ritual baths, water cisterns and much more. The area is laden with biblical fauna! We are now in the process of setting up a Biblical tower from the top of the site where one can gaze at the very hills Abraham and Israel entered the land of Israel.
