With the holiday of Chanukah on our doorstep enjoy the pictures of the beautiful Menorot made by Itamar’s stone artist Asaf KIdron.אסף קדרון

Enjoy the picture of a herd of sheep on one of Itamar’s beautiful hilltops. Itamar and Shikma Cohen are pioneering farmers and sheep herders on our most remote hilltop, literally living in tents trying to preserve our everlasting inheritance and maintaining Jewish ownership in the vital area joining the Jordan Valley into Gav Hahar. They face immense struggles in this endeavor. For those who want to specifically help out in this – please EARMARK your donation for the Cohen Sheep Farm. איתמר כהן חווה

With the end of the fiscal year approaching please read and respond kindly to the Friends of Itamar end of fiscal year appeal.

Dear Friends,

In an extremely difficult and uncertain time for Israel, this letter goes out to you first and foremost to thank you for partnering with the friends of Itamar. Our shared ideals of love of Hashem, the land, the Torah and the people of Israel have brought us together in a common goal of building the land of Israel.  It goes without saying, that your vital assistance has enabled us to accomplish so much. In your merit the people of Itamar are now praying in a permanent synagogue, enjoying better security, and continue to grow, develop, and thrive in the heartland of Israel.

The town of Itamar relies greatly on the Friends of Itamar to help out in a variety of different areas like building, security, youth, education, agriculture, parks and more. We literally have tens of requests for different projects, all vital for the continued growth of our community. Without steady and consistent friends and supporters like you we would not be able to achieve these important goals

With your vital assistance, the people that live here in the mountains of Shomron can continue to make facts on the ground paving the way for many others to join. As we celebrate Chanukah the lesson of a little light going a long way hits home. Itamar is a testimony to this miracle in our time here in the heart of Israel! Please help us stake our claim to the mountains of our forefathers and impact the future.
